Sam Voutas is an Australian Director + Writer that had his most recent feature film ‘Red Light Revolution’ become a film festival hit all over the world. This comedy revolving around a Beijing Sex Shop has hit the UK, Canadian and Singaporean cinemas with glowing success and to cap it off, a number of 6 million paid viewers on China’s online video portal – Tudou.com.

Sam has also created several powerful documentaries such as ‘Shanghai Brides’ that showed the struggles of life and love among China urbanites, and the unnerving truth about the pressures of living under demanding parents in ‘Dragon Sons.’ Currently based out of Los Angeles, Sam is also a screenwriter as well as developing original content.
