Evelyn’s kryptonite-like fear of being alone moved her to obtain a Certificate in Hospitality and a Degree in Marketing in Singapore. Now able to channel some of that people-pleaser energy, Evelyn worked in various hospitality-oriented positions, including a stint as F&B Captain at the swanky Hilton Singapore.

After realizing that her title didn’t come with an actual ship, Evelyn decided to move into sales where she found success in motivating people to buy tons of vitamin supplements knowing full well they’d never take them and selling vacation time shares to workaholic Singaporeans who’d never have time to enjoy them.

Seeking a new life away from the clean streets of Singapore, Evelyn decided to move to Wild, Wild China – much to the horror of her family and friends who think she’s lost her marbles. It was in Beijing where Evelyn found a new way to further satisfy her need for human interaction by providing five-star client services to the clients of The Bag Ladies.

Currently, Evelyn is part of the principal team at TBL’s newest Bangkok office.
